SUMMARY:Summer Fete at HOPE
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for our 2nd Summer Fete at HOPE Sussex Community on 22nd June 11am – 3.30pm. \nIt’s FREE entry and all are welcome. Bring the whole family\, they’ll be lots for the kids to do\, face painting\, crafts and lots of open space to run around! We have some wonderful things planned this year and even a sheep dog display too! \nThey’ll be food in the Community Hub available with our wonderful barista coffee and some homemade cakes too! \nWe have our ever popular HOPE Bar and returning again this year\, the Wildside Bar serving Nettle beer\, nettle and mint coolers\, wildflower mocktails & cocktails! \nWe also have some great entertainment lined up with duo Whom by Fire and the Lemon and Paice Band. \nTOY & clothes stall\nFace painting\nGlitter tattoos\nTombola\, Archery\nPlant stall\nArtisan stalls\nCraft stalls\nName the teddy\nEntertainment\nTraditional Italian gelato\nMedieval Fruit Machine\nUplifting & emotional balancing\nBIOENERGETIC scan\n(exclusive for Summer Fete)\nTarot readings\nFood available\nHope bar\nWildside bar \nLemon and Paice Band\nThe folk singer-songwriting duo Neil Lemon & Angie Paice has grown into a band of international flavours and lyrical punch. The Lemon & Paice Band are folk-pop duo Lemon + Paice with Scottish bassist Andrew Hodgson\, Hungarian violinist Peter Huszar and oftentimes percussionist Roger Nunn. Their powerful narrative songs are written by Lemon\, Paice and Hodgson are performed with equal amounts of drive and sensibility. The Lemon & Paice Band write and perform refreshing original folk-country-roots songs and included in their playlist are a couple of special traditional Hungarian folk songs. \nWhom by Fire\nWhom By Fire\, a compelling Pop artist from the UK\, expertly incorporates aspects of Indie Pop into their melodious compositions. Whom By Fire delivers a new and creative perspective to the Pop music landscape with a distinctive sound that connects with people all over the world. \nTheir songs have appealing melodies\, contagious choruses\, and contemplative lyrics that explore the complexity of human emotions.
