SUMMARY:Build Back Better Bodies Workshops with Kate Shemirani Sunday 13th July 2025
DESCRIPTION:Build Back Better Bodies Workshops with Kate Shemirani \n6 WORKSHOPS to help you be the healthiest version of yourself you can be!\nWORKSHOP DATES:\n9th February – Fabulous Fats\nAre all fats created equal? Absolutely not! \nThe membranes of our cells are made from the fats that we eat. The GOOD fats will pull oxygen to the cell. And the BAD fats are going to repel it away from the cell and set up a fire….INFLAMMATION. \nRight there is pain\, suffering and the beginning of cellular dysfunction and all disease! \nSo GOOD fats are essential for our cell membranes and overall health. \nWhy do you need to learn more? It is simple! When we understand\, we are more likely to implement changes in our own diet and that of our families. \nDo you want to be the best version of yourself and full of vitality? \n9th March – Let There Be Light\nNatural light is a fundamental component of overall health and well-being. It plays a crucial role in vitamin D synthesis\, circadian rhythm regulation\, and and making chemicals within the body that cannot be made any other way. Lack of natural light will lead to disease. But not all light is created equal. \nBlue light is dangerous and harmful to the body and we are being exposed to blue light everywhere all day and all night.\n\nBlue light from LED screens\, street lights\, car lights\, home lights disrupt sleep \, suppresses melatonin\, leads to obesity and metabolic disorders\, causes eye strain\, retinal damage\, macular degeneration\, metabolic issues\, skin aging\, and mental health concerns.\n\nSo why are we having all incandescent lights replaced with LED and during daylight hours too  if it will destroy us? What should we do?\n\nRegain your health and vitality with Kate Shemirani.\n\n\n\n20th April – Is Carnivore and Keto a Death Sentence?\nThe ketogenic (keto) diet and plant-based diet are two popular approaches to nutrition\, each with strong advocates and critics. \nThe keto diet emphasizes high fat\, moderate protein\, and very low carbohydrate intake\, which forces the body into ketosis\, burning fat for energy instead of glucose. Supporters argue this can lead to rapid weight loss\, improved insulin sensitivity\, and better brain function. However\, critics warn of potential risks\, including nutrient deficiencies\, increased LDL cholesterol\, and potential strain on the kidneys and liver. \nOn the other hand\, a plant-based diet\, which focuses on fruits\, vegetables\, legumes\, and whole grains while minimizing or eliminating animal products\, is praised for reducing the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease\, diabetes\, and cancer. It provides high fiber and essential phytonutrients that support overall health. Yet\, opponents argue that plant-based diets may lead to protein\, B12\, iron\, and omega-3 deficiencies if not carefully planned. \nWe are discussing these diets because they represent two vastly different nutritional philosophies that claim to optimize health. Some individuals thrive on one while struggling on the other\, raising questions about personalised nutrition. \nBoth can restore health when properly structured but may also contribute to disease if unbalanced or lacking key nutrients. \nUnderstanding the strengths and weaknesses of each allows for informed choices tailored to individual health needs. \nThis discussion is essential in navigating dietary trends and ensuring long-term well-being through informed decisions rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. \n11th May – Sexual Healing\nLet’s Talk About What You’re Not Talking About\nIs the spark gone? Libido on holiday? Painful sex\, low drive\, or the dreaded ‘not tonight’? Newsflash: it’s not just “getting older” – it’s your body begging for attention! In this juicy session\, Kate dives deep (but tastefully!) into why sex shouldn’t hurt\, disappear\, or become a memory. From hormone disruption to hidden toxicity\, it’s time to reclaim your pleasure and vitality. Your ancestors were having babies at 85 – what’s your excuse?\n\n\n8th June – Your Body is Talking! Are you Listening?\nRashes\, reflux\, fatigue\, weird tingles\, and moods that swing harder than the 70s disco scene – your body’s not broken\, it’s just trying to talk. Before you rush off for the 57th scan and another test with a name longer than your arm\, come learn what your symptoms are really saying. Because the truth is: the healing starts long before the doctor’s office – if you know how to read the signs. \n13th July – Dr Thyself! The Home Medicine Cabinet\nYou Are the Medicine\nForget the prescription pad and the side-effect roulette. It’s time to dust off the ancient wisdom – plants\, food\, detox\, movement\, breath\, and yes\, even a little faith. Kate will take you on a journey of DIY healing where Big Pharma takes a back seat and Mother Nature rides shotgun. This is medicine without a marketing team – and it actually works.\n\nITINERARY:\n12pm Talk\n1pm Healthy organic lunch (included)\n1:45pm Talk\n3pm Finish \nTICKETS:\nIndividual Workshops: \n£20 HOPE Members\n£25 NON Members \nBundle Option buy the 3 remaining workshops; May\, June and July and get a discount \n£50 HOPE Members\n£65 non Members \nSpaces are limited so early booking is recommended. Please select the workshops you’d like to attend and select HOPE MEMBERS or NON MEMBERS tickets. \nnb. no tickets on the door \nLUNCH:\nHealthy ORGANIC lunch is included in the price for each workshop. Refreshments are available in the HUB (cash only). \nVENUE:\nHOPE Sussex Community; a vibrant\, freedom-loving community dedicated to positive energy\, learning and holistic living in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. \nABOUT KATE SHEMIRANI:\nKate is an advocate for medical transparency\, justice and holistic health. \n“A passionate advocate for exposing injustices in the medical system\, I shed light on critical issues such as medical malpractice\, the questionable  approval of harmful pharmaceuticals\, and the tragic consequences of unsafe medical interventions. I delve into cases of miscarriages of justice and challenge systems that undermine accountability\, all while fostering discussions about governmental overreach and its impact on individual freedoms. \nIn addition to critiquing systemic flaws\, I promote health-conscious living through natural treatments and nutrition\, encouraging people to take a proactive\, holistic approach to their well-being. My work bridges the gap between raising awareness of systemic problems and empowering individuals to pursue healthier\, more informed lifestyles.” Kate Shemirani \nKate’s Key Topics:\n• Medical malpractice and pharmaceutical industry accountability\n• Justice for victims of harmful medical practices\n• Challenging authoritarian governance in health policy\n• Holistic health advice: natural treatments and nutrition \nKate’s Mission:\nTo advocate for truth\, justice and health empowerment by holding institutions accountable and providing actionable insights for a healthier\, more informed life. \nEarly booking is recommended. \nPlease Support HOPE:\nHOPE Sussex Community is a truly special place and your support helps keep it alive and thriving. \nEvery penny we raise goes straight back into this grassroots project\, ensuring it remains a safe\, inspiring and nurturing space for families and children to grow\, learn and connect. \nThank you.

SUMMARY:Andrew Bridgen Talk 20th September 2025
DESCRIPTION:Andrew Bridgen Talk at HOPE Sussex Saturday 20th September 2025\nGet ready for a bombshell exposé at the HOPE\, where Andrew Bridgen\, the maverick battle-hardened former four-term MP for North West Leicestershire\, rips the lid off Current UK Politics. With 14 years of insider experience\, Bridgen\, ousted from the Conservative Party in 2023 over his COVID-19 vaccine stance and still locked into taking down Hancock  in court. Andrew is set to unleash his fearless\, no-holds-barred takedown of corruption and conspiracies shaking the foundations of British democracy.\n\n\nJoin him for an electrifying conversation at HOPE for a raw\, unfiltered deep dive into the truth from the only Independent minded MP who refuses to be silenced as he’s controlled by nobody and he represents everybody.\n\n \nItinerary\n16:00 Doors Open for food and drinks in the HUB at Hope. \n18:00 Talk starts \n19:45 Interval \n20:15 Second half and Q&A's \nPlease note this is a CASH ONLY venue \nTickets\n£25 Non members \n£20 HOPE members \nHow to Find Us\nAbout Andrew\nPolitics Is No Longer About Right And Left\nIt's About Right And Wrong\nAs the former Conservative MP for North West Leicestershire from 2010 to 2024\, I dedicated my career to serving the people with unwavering commitment. For most of my tenure\, I represented the Conservative and Unionist Party\, guided by my lifelong belief in low taxes\, minimal government interference\, and individual freedom to enable people to achieve their dreams and full potential. I have always maintained that the state’s role should be limited to providing a safe environment\, secure borders\, and efficient public services\, allowing the people to thrive. \nThe Conservatives actions squandered billions of public funding and opened our borders to unchecked illegal immigration\, funded by ever-increasing taxes reek of socialism. Their policies\, driven by a bizarre groupthink\, justify excessive regulation and taxation that threaten our way of life. \nVoting for them is no different from supporting Labour\, whose leadership is equally as catastrophic. \nI now proudly stand as an Independent. A choice I embrace\, as the Conservative Party has abandoned the values I cherish. They have imposed the highest tax burden since World War II\, confined people to their homes for months in the early 2020s under bureaucratic directives\, and coerced unwanted medical interventions\, including MRNA  gene therapies. \nWhile in Parliament\, I exposed the dangers of these horrific therapies and fought tirelessly to protect the vulnerable\, successfully halting their administration to healthy children under five. I continue to campaign for the suspension of these treatments in both humans and animals. \nMy principles remain steadfast and I feel I deeply alarmed that the leadership of all the major political parties\, including Nigel Farage’s Reform\, are shackled to the World Economic Forum’s Agenda 2030. Nigel’s grip on Reform is now swinging swiftly to the left\, aligning with the newest iteration of the old regime\, betraying the hopes of those who sought a true alternative. \nAs a servant of the People of Great Britain’s\, I stand resolute against betrayal\, global greed\, and corruption. I am unwavering in my commitment to defending freedom of speech and securing our borders against illegal entry without exception. I continue to champion the vulnerable\, giving a voice to those who need it most\, and I will not rest in my pursuit of justice and truth. \nThis fight transcends traditional right-versus-left politics—it is a battle of right versus wrong. I remain dedicated to fighting for a free\, secure\, and prosperous Britain\, where the people’s voices are heard\, and their rights are upheld. \nControlled by nobody. Representing everybody.

SUMMARY:Electroculture Educational and Practical Workshop Saturday 7th March 2026
DESCRIPTION:Electroculture Educational Two-Part Workshop Saturday 7th March 2026.\nOnline theory will be live on Feb 25th 6pm to 9pm\, recording available and emailed to all attendees. \nStep into this two-part theoretical and practical workshop designed and led from the experts who have immersed themselves in the practical\, real-world application of Electroculture. \nThis workshop brings together the most impactful insights\, refined methods\, and proven approaches developed through extensive hands-on experience and continuous learning. \nYou will learn that Electroculture is NOT a copper wire wrapped around a stick and in fact brings in the all-important and missing top soil electro-magnetic field. Life in the top soil won’t be maintained without an electro-magnetic field to enable its self-regeneration. Think of it like the Schumann resonance equivalent but for the soil. \nElectroculture is 100% complimentary to other natural gardening/farming methods such as Biodynamics\, Permaculture\, Hugelkultur (mound culture). \nYou’ll gain clear\, structured guidance so that you can correctly install Electroculture yourself. Expect a workshop that blends strategic understanding with practical tools you can apply immediately-whether you’re an experienced grower or just starting out. \nParticipants consistently describe this learning experience as focused\, engaging\, and transformative with insights into the importance of additional complimentary subjects such as Geotherapy\, Sacred Geometry and ways to help improve your soil\, all of which will benefit your Electroculture installation. \nTo maintain a high-quality\, interactive environment\, spaces are intentionally limited. If you’re ready to learn from experts who have deeply studied this field and know how to translate that knowledge into meaningful results\, secure your place today. \nItinerary\nWednesday 25th February 6pm to 9pm – Online via Zoom \nPart 1: ZOOM EDUCATIONAL THEORY LESSON (recording available) \nSaturday 7th March 10am to 4pm – Hands on Practical at HOPE (nb: Sunday open once Saturday is fully booked). \nPart 2: PRACTICAL WORKSHOP \nHands-on experience at HOPE to give you the confidence to install your own project. Optional follow up Q&A Zoom session after the Practical experience. \nTo Book\n£120 per person for a 2 part workshop \nspaces limited to 20 \nCamping\n(if required please select when booking your place) \n£10 for tents \n£15 for vans \nFood & Refreshments\nLunch and refreshments available to purchase from the HUB (cash only) \nProducts\, kits and everything you need for your own installation will be available to purchase on the day. Cash preferred. \n\nAbout Electroculture\nElectroculture is the understanding and application of the Earth’s natural electrical\, magnetic and atmospheric energies to support plant growth\, soil vitality and ecosystem balance. \nLong before chemical fertilisers and industrial agriculture\, farmers\, scientists and inventors observed that plants respond profoundly to subtle energetic forces. From atmospheric electricity and telluric currents to cosmic and solar influences\, life on Earth has always grown in relationship with invisible yet measurable energies. \nElectroculture draws upon ancient agricultural wisdom and documented scientific experimentation\, including patented technologies from the 18th and 19th centuries that demonstrated increased yields\, stronger plants\, improved resilience to pests and disease\, and enhanced soil fertility — all without synthetic inputs. \nAt its core\, electroculture works by: \nHarnessing atmospheric electricity and natural electromagnetic fields \nEnhancing mineral uptake and nutrient availability within the soil \nStimulating beneficial microbial life and root systems \nSupporting plants’ natural ability to self-regulate\, adapt and thrive \nRather than forcing growth\, electroculture restores balance — activating the soil as a living\, intelligent system. When electrical and energetic flows are harmonised\, plants grow with greater vitality\, deeper roots\, stronger immune responses and improved flavour\, nutrition and yield. \nModern electroculture integrates these time-tested principles with accessible materials and contemporary understanding\, making it practical for home growers\, market gardeners and regenerative land projects alike. It offers a powerful alternative to chemical dependency\, aligning food production with natural law rather than industrial control. \nElectroculture is not a trick\, a gadget\, or a single technique — it is a relationship with the living Earth. One that invites us to listen\, observe and work with nature’s intelligence rather than against it. \n

SUMMARY:Afternoon Tea with Richard Vobes & Julia Saturday 18th April
DESCRIPTION:Afternoon Tea with Richard Vobes & Julia Saturday 18th April 2026 at Hope\n\nJoin us for a relaxed and engaging afternoon with Richard Vobes and the lovely Julia as they share stories\, insights\, and exciting updates from their latest adventure. Richard will be reading extracts from his new book\, along with entertaining anecdotes from his life and work. They’ll also be giving an update on how life is unfolding for them as they embark on their latest project — moving towards living off-grid. This promises to be a warm and informal gathering with plenty of conversation\, laughter\, and good company. \nEvent Details \nTime: 2:00pm – 4:00pm\nTickets: £20 non members\, £16 Hope members\n(please note there are limited spaces available so early booking is recommended) \nYour ticket includes \nUnlimited tea and coffee\nA selection of finger sandwiches\nHomemade savoury bites\nDelicious cakes and sweet treats \nBook Signing \nRichard’s new book Biggleswick: The Town That Wouldn’t Comply will be available to purchase on the day for £18\, and there will be an opportunity to have your copy personally signed by Richard. \nBiggleswick: The Town That Wouldn’t Comply \nFaced with a plethora of anti-human policies metered out by a tyrannical town council\, the people of the English market town of Biggleswick\, come together to work out how they might tackle the ongoing erosion of their rights and the escalating surveillance and interference in their lives. When a travelling truth teller delivers a compelling speech at the community theatre\, the locals are roused into action to devise a plan to reclaim their town’s authority and reject the accepted diktats that both the government and the local councillors insist are a necessary sacrifice for the sustainability of not only their town\, but the world as a whole. \nWhile this is a novel and all characters and organisations fictitious\, with any similarity to those with the same name purely coincidental\, the story mirrors the crisis of today. For authority’s continual encroachment into people’s lives has made life a struggle for many. Common sense and critical thinking is desperately lacking. Where\, for example\, is the logic in attributing swaths of agricultural land for solar panels one the one hand and then experimenting with sun-dimming technology to fend off man-made global warming on the other? \nThe author sincerely believes that should one town be brave enough to stand up against the these absurd ideas and damaging policies\, assert their authority to the public servants\, then with the rest of the world watching via social media\, others might follow\, instigating a huge change for the betterment of mankind.

SUMMARY:Adrian's Sponsored Walk for HOPE Sunday 31st May 2026
DESCRIPTION:Adrian’s Sponsored Walk for HOPE Sunday 31st May 2026\, from Hastings Pier to Eastbourne Pier. Join us for a powerful and heartfelt coastal walk in support of HOPE.\nOn Sunday 31st May\, we’ll be walking 15.2 miles from Hastings Pier to Eastbourne Pier\, coming together as a community to raise funds for the expansion of the HOPE Hub. We’ll meet at the front of Hastings Pier at 8:00am\, setting off at 8:30am\, with support stops along the route every 5 miles to keep everyone encouraged and energised. \nThis walk has been lovingly inspired by Adrian\, a deeply valued member of the HOPE community. Despite facing ongoing health challenges\, including recurrent brain tumours and extensive treatment\, Adrian’s focus has remained on giving back. His strength\, courage and generosity are truly humbling\, and this walk is a reflection of that spirit. \nOur collective goal is to raise £5\,000\, which will go directly towards extending the HOPE Hub — supporting home educating families and strengthening a space that brings people together. The Hub is a welcoming meeting place for connection\, learning and community\, and this expansion will allow us to continue growing and creating a space for everyone to enjoy. \nGet involved – walk with us! \nWe invite you to take part in this meaningful day by joining the walk and gathering sponsorship from friends\, family and your wider network. Every step you take and every pound you raise will make a real difference. \nDownload your sponsor form here: \nSponsor form \nShare your journey\, invite others to support you\, and help us reach our target together. \nCan’t join the walk? You can still support HOPE \nIf you’re unable to take part but would like to contribute\, donations are warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated. \nYou can donate here: \nDonate \nTogether\, we walk with purpose\, with love\, and with HOPE.

Taking place over the August bank holiday: 28th-31st August 2026\, this glorious event will be a fundraiser for the HOPE Sussex Community project\, with all profits being poured back into the running\, development and expansion of HOPE. Our first three festivals were both outstanding successes and blasted our own expectations out of the water! The feedback was awesome\, and we are now using that energy to propel us into our next celebration of freedom and love in 2026! \nThis festival is about Beautiful and High Vibes\, Love\, Community\, Good Times and ultimately FREEDOM! We want to honour and celebrate those artists that have kept their integrity over the past 5 years and who have stood up bold and proud against tyranny! The purpose of this festival is to bring like-minded people together for a wonderful celebration of life. We want to empower you\, inspire you and leave you feeling like you are absolutely unstoppable\, because you are! \nPlease Support HOPE\nHOPE Sussex Community is a truly special place and your support helps keep it alive and thriving. \nEvery penny we raise goes straight back into this grassroots project\, ensuring it remains a safe\, inspiring and nurturing space for families and children to grow\, learn and connect. \nThank you. \nPLEASE NOTE:\nHOPE Freedom Music Festival Dog Policy\nWe have been forced to change our dog policy and we are not permitting any dogs on our site for the festival. Sadly we have made this decision due to incidents involving livestock and irresponsible dog owners. \nFor the safety of our festival family\, local wildlife\, and surrounding livestock\, dogs are not permitted on site. \nThe only exceptions are: \nRegistered Assistance Dogs (e.g. guide dogs\, hearing dogs\, medical alert dogs)\, in line with the Equality Act 2010. \nEach assistance dog must be trained to carry out specific tasks for its handler and remain under control at all times. \nTherapy dogs\, emotional support animals\, and pets are not permitted. \nIf you require more than one registered assistance dog\, please contact us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements support@hopesussex.co.uk \nThank you for understanding and helping us keep the site safe for everyone\, people and animals alike.
