We’re proud to have a dedicated team of holistic therapists offering low-cost treatments as part of the People’s Health Alliance (PHA):
Jemma – Providing a range of massage therapies, including specialist massage for those living with or recovering from cancer.
Carolyn – Offering Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to support emotional and energetic well-being.

Qigong is an internal Chinese martial art. When practised regularly it facilitates deep physical and emotional healing. This ancient system of breath-work and dynamic stretching techniques is used by Shaolin Warrior Monks to enhance exercise recovery.
Rhys is a UK Qualified Physiotherapist with over 15 years worth of clinical and Martial arts experience.
