Story & Craft
During the next academic year, we will be listening to some of the stories from what is generally considered the greatest epic ever composed – the Bible. Children will be hearing the stories from both the Old Testament and the New Testament, beautiful tales of adventure, morality and the meaning of a good life. The stories will range from the Creation Story in Genesis, right through to the life story and parables of Jesus. Each story will be accompanied by a craft relating to that tale and therefore children will also be introduced to a variety of creative skills, from papier mâché to clay work and weaving, plus many more.
