Baking

In this session we will get creative with some baking so that you can take home some delicious treats. We will also make some savoury bakes too! Dietary requirements can be catered for, just please let me know when booking. Practice your baking skills, using scales, following recipes and tweaking them as you go so that you can really build your confidence in the kitchen. Everything you bake you will get to keep – previous bakes have been Sicilian lemon cheesecakes, pizza, cheesy potato flan, scones and lots more! In previous blocks we baked Pancakes, Uncinetti (Italian Easter biscuits), quiches, cake pops, chocolate refrigerator cake and Hot cross buns.
