Join us for our FOURTH Camp HOPE where the price includes ALL kids activities and camping for the week. As well as a full timetable for kids to choose activities from there will also be the following;

Prices for Camp HOPE Family Activity Camp:
- Children aged 2-4 £30 (no extra for camping)
- Children aged 4 – 17 £90 (£100 inc camping)
- Adults camping for the week £40
10% off prices for fully paid HOPE Members. Members to request code by contacting [email protected]. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be on leads at all times.
If you attend Camp HOPE you are welcome to a 10% discount to our HOPE Freedom Music Festival on August bank holiday weekend 28-31 August 2026.
Food – you are welcome to cook your own food on the campsite. However, as a community we will create food together with a varied breakfast, lunch and dinner at an affordable cost. Details of this will be given nearer the time to those that book their places.

General Information
What is Camp HOPE?
Camp HOPE is a family activity camp where you can enjoy a full week of camping, community, and connection. The price includes camping and a wide range of activities for children, plus family events and shared experiences.
Please note: Camp HOPE is a cash-only site. Cash will be required for food and refreshments at the Hub. There is a local post office within walking distance from the site where you can draw out cash.
When can we arrive and set up camp?
We are offering optional early stays for £15 per night:
•Sunday night stay: Set up from 3:00 pm on Sunday 26th July 2026. An evening meal will be available.
•Friday night stay: You can book the Friday night for £15 as long as you leave by Saturday midday. Breakfast will be available on Saturday morning.
For the main Camp HOPE week:
•You can start setting up your camp from 10:00 am on Monday 27th July 2026.
•All camping equipment should be packed away by 5:00 pm on Friday 31st July 2026.
Who is Camp HOPE for?
Camp HOPE is designed for families with children of all ages. There are activities for children aged 2–17, and plenty of opportunities for adults to relax and enjoy the community.
Would I be entitled to a refund?
Tickets for Camp HOPE are non-refundable.

Are activities included in the price?
Yes. All children’s activities are included, as well as camping for the week.
What kind of activities will there be?
Activities include:
• Campfire and songs

• And a full timetable of additional activities
Is there anything new for 2026?
Yes. We will have all new kids activity sessions and we will also be hosting a Community Fundraiser during the week which will include a live band. Full details will be announced soon.
Facilities
Are there showers on site?
Yes. We have 3 hot water showers available.
Are the showers indoors or outdoors?
Two showers are outdoors in purpose-built wooden cubicles, and one shower is indoors.
Are the showers hot?
Yes, all showers provide hot water.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes. We have 6 flushable toilets available.
Are there additional toilets if needed?
Yes. We also have up to 5 additional portaloos which may be used during busy periods.
Is there somewhere to wash dishes?
Yes. We have a dedicated camper kitchen area for washing up plates and utensils.
Is there a washing machine available?
Yes, but this is for emergencies only and not for everyday laundry.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Parking is included in your ticket price, and you’re welcome to park next to your tent.
Food & Cooking
Can we cook our own food?
Yes. You are very welcome to cook your own food on the campsite.
Will food be available to buy?
Yes. As a community, we will be offering shared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at an affordable cost. Details will be available to those who book.
Can I use my own fire pit?
No. Personal fire pits are not allowed.
Are camping stoves allowed?
Yes. Table-height camping stoves are permitted for cooking.
Is there a fridge or freezer for campers?
Yes. We have a tall fridge with freezer available for campers to use.

How much does Camp HOPE cost?
• Children aged 2–4: £30 (camping included)

Optional additional nights:
• Sunday night camping: £15 per family

Do HOPE Members receive a discount?

Camping & Practical Questions
Do I need to bring my own tent?
Yes. Please bring your own tent and camping equipment.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times. No dogs are allowed off the lead in the camping field due to livestock and dog fouling. All dog waste must be picked up and disposed of responsibly.
Are the facilities close to the camping area?
Yes. All facilities are located on site within easy walking distance.
Is Camp HOPE suitable for younger children and teens?
Yes. Camp HOPE is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for children of all ages. We always have a good number of teens and sessions that are designed around their interests.
Is there electric hook-up?
No. There is no electric hook-up for tents.
What should we do with rubbish?
Take your waste home if possible, or use the bins provided on site if necessary. Love this place – leave no trace.
What to Bring
Do I need to bring my own camping gear?
Yes. Please bring your own tent, sleeping bags, and camping equipment. Make sure everything is suitable for a week-long stay.
Should we bring lights or torches?
Yes. While there will be some lights on site, it’s always good to have your own torch for walking around the campsite at night.
What clothing should we bring?
Pack for all weather! Bring warm clothes for evenings, waterproofs in case of rain, and comfortable clothes for activities. Don’t forget swimwear for water-based fun.
Do we need towels and toiletries?
Yes. Bring your own towels, toiletries, and any personal items you may need. Hot water showers are available on site.
Should we bring food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own food and cook on the campsite. Community meals will also be available at an affordable cost.
