Amy True: Rap Writing & Performance Workshop Saturday 21st February 2026

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for you to come to HOPE and learn from and work alongside one of the most inspiring conscious rap artists in the UK today — Amy True.

Amy True is not only an exceptional performer, but a powerful storyteller and educator whose music champions self-expression, confidence and authenticity. She is joining us all the way from London, where she has built an outstanding reputation for her impactful lyrics and dynamic live performances. We are especially honoured to welcome her as a performing artist at our festival this year, making this workshop a truly rare and exciting chance to learn directly from her.

Throughout the day, participants will dive into rap writing, creative expression and performance skills, guided by Amy herself. The workshop will culminate in live performances at 2pm (for those who want to) giving parents the chance to see just how much the children have created and achieved in one day.

Drop-off: 10:00am at HOPE

Performance Showcase: 2:00pm (parents welcome)
