Winter Solstice Celebration at HOPE Sunday, 21st December 11:00am – Sunset
Join us at HOPE for a deeply nourishing day as we honour the Winter Solstice — the turning point of the year when the light begins to return. This sacred gathering is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reflect, release, and realign with your intentions for the season ahead.
Our Day Together Includes:
11:00am – Opening the Space
Gather around the fire pit for a heartfelt Gratitude Circle. We’ll reflect on the year past, write down what we’re ready to release, and offer it to the flames — a symbolic letting go and cleansing for the new season.
Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath
Open your heart with a grounding Cacao Ceremony, followed by a stunning sound bath led by Crystal, accompanied by Matt on the Didgeridoo — a powerful, immersive experience to support inner stillness and clarity.
1:00pm – Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a comforting bowl of homemade soup and sourdough bread, lovingly prepared to warm and sustain you.
2:00pm – Creative Manifestation
Tap into your inner light as we create Solstice Lanterns and Vision Boards — tools for setting intentions, positive affirmations, and calling in what you wish to manifest with the returning energy of the sun.
3:54pm – Sunset & Labyrinth Walk
As the sun sets, we’ll each take a quiet, personal walk of the stone labyrinth, lanterns in hand, marking the return of the light and stepping into the season with purpose and presence.
This is a day of soulful connection, gentle ritual, and meaningful community. Whether you’re coming to release, receive, or simply rest, you’re so welcome.
